The HealthHub MOT will identify your problems areas, giving you a better understanding and knowledge of your body, its strengths and weaknesses, your posture and movement patterns, lifestyle and stress influences.
You will receive a 12-month plan to avoid regression or injury occurrence and a pathway to help you achieve better health and movement. You will be clear why you are making changes and will have the confidence and peace of mind you are on the right track

“What can I do to get my health and fitness on track quickly?”
Making lasting changes with your body takes time and effort which is exactly what puts most off in favour of “quick fixes” or fads. These bang or bust strategies offer short term changes only and keep you stuck where you are.

Step 1
Make the decision to get help and support:
The first step is simple, you need to stop procrastinating, decide enough is enough and get some help. If maintaining optimal health, fitness and movement was easy, there wouldn’t be any illness or injury in this world!
Step 2
Do the right 1-3 things:
To optimise your health, strength and fitness potential, you need to focus on the top 1-3 things, personal to you. They may be movement / exercise related or lifestyle based. Your plan needs to be personal because you are a marvellously unique specimen! Taking this individual approach will get you results faster and long term. Your 1-3 key things will change in each stage and season of life hence the need for at least a yearly check in.
Step 3
Sort out your time management:
Being busy often means putting your own health and self-care needs on the back burner whilst you prioritise other stuff. There are simple time management principles, proven in research, that allow you to look after your health properly, alongside your other priorities like your work and family. Optimising time management means your health won’t suffer down the line from “self-neglect”. Knowing how to create regular time each day and week for self-care will ensure your health and fitness success long-term.
Step 4
Get some accountability:
Everyone needs some support in life in differing amounts. Whether it’s a cheerleader, friend, coach, mentor or peer, this support will keep you accountable and progressing towards your health and fitness goals. Without this accountability you end up either off track or staying stuck. Life’s curve balls are given so surrounding yourself with the right team will mean your long-term health and fitness is guaranteed.
