Claire Kimber – Supporting Your Energy, Balance And Wellbeing Through Midlife And Beyond
Claire works with men and women in midlife to restore their energy, support hormonal balance and help them feel more like themselves again.
When we feel well in our bodies, everything else becomes easier – our relationships, our work, and our ability to enjoy life.
With over a decade of clinical experience, alongside a 25-year career in a high-pressure corporate environment, Claire understands how easily health can be impacted by the demands of modern life.
She now supports clients navigating midlife and menopause using a Functional Medicine approach, helping to uncover the root causes of symptoms such as fatigue, poor sleep and hormonal imbalance, while providing the guidance and accountability needed to create lasting change.
Why You May Not Be Feeling Like Yourself
Many of the clients Claire works with are juggling; work, family, responsibilities and the changing demands of life.
Yet despite doing their best to look after themselves, they often feel tired, wired, or not quite like themselves anymore.
This is often put down to “it’s just your age”, but underneath, the body is often asking for support.
Supporting The Biology That Sustains You
When blood sugar is out of balance, energy can fluctuate.
When stress levels stay high, sleep and mood are affected.
When hormones shift, the whole system can feel unsettled.
This isn’t something you have to simply accept.
With the right support, the body can find its balance again.

A Practical, Supportive Approach That Works in Real Life
Alongside the science, Claire places a strong emphasis on support, coaching and accountability, helping clients not only understand what their body needs, but actually put it into practice.
Her philosophy is grounded in balance.
Life is for living, and health should never feel restrictive or joyless.
Instead of striving for perfection, Claire encourages a realistic, sustainable approach that allows space for enjoyment alongside nourishment.
She focuses on what can be added in, rather than taken away, helping clients build a way of eating and living that feels positive, achievable and lasting
Personalised Support Every Step Of The Way
Claire is known for her calm, supportive approach and her ability to make complex health information easy to understand and apply.
She recognises that no two people are the same. Every programme is tailored to the individual, because unless a plan truly fits your life, it simply won’t work.
Claire works closely with her clients to identify what matters most to them, create a clear and achievable plan, and provide ongoing support and accountability to help them follow through.
Her work focuses on restoring energy, improving sleep, balancing hormones and supporting long-term wellbeing, so you can feel more comfortable and confident in your body again.
Alongside her clinical work, Claire is also an Associate Lecturer at the University of Northampton
