You Are Definitely Not Broken – Create Sustainable Achievable Change
If you’re feeling stuck — low on energy, overwhelmed by lifestyle advice, frustrated by stop–start habits, or unsure how to look after yourself in the way you know you deserve — you’re not alone. And you’re definitely not broken. Health Coaching Kingsbridge is here to help you create real, sustainable change that feels human, compassionate and achievable.
Maybe you’ve tried going it alone. Maybe you’ve downloaded the plans, read the books, followed the trends… and still feel unsure where to begin, or how to stay consistent. At HealthHub, we don’t offer quick fixes or all or nothing programmes. We offer warm, root cause, long-term support that helps you understand your body, your patterns, and what you actually need to thrive.
This is not willpower coaching. This is partnership, clarity and calm accountability — with someone truly in your corner
About Health Coaching At The HealthHub Kingsbridge
Health Coaching is a supportive, collaborative process designed to help you make meaningful lifestyle changes that last. Your coach works with you to understand your habits, stress load, routines, nervous system, beliefs, and what’s been getting in the way of your wellbeing — and then helps you build simple, personalised strategies that fit into real life (not a perfect one).
At the HealthHub Kingsbridge, our approach blends behaviour change science, nutrition basics, habit psychology, motivational support and nervous system aware coaching. It’s warm, structured and full of compassion — not pressure. Together, we explore what’s going on beneath the surface so you can build habits that are flexible, sustainable and truly fit with your life.
Your Health Coaching can also be integrated with support from our Clinic + Studio team, including physiotherapy, functional kinesiology or therapeutic movement, if helpful. You’re supported as a whole person — not a checklist of goals.
